Kurashiki Pilipino Circle is an organization in Japan that is composed of Japanese and Filipino volunteers, and they have been coming to the Philippines to conduct outreach projects with the help and support of local groups and individuals from the community they are to visit. Last December 17, 2011, representatives were here in Cagayan de Oro City and they helped during Sendong, though the support of friends and some relatives. who took them to the many different places hit by the typhoon.

This time around, Miss Marjorie Bulaclac Oyama is back with school supplies and dental kits for the students of City Central School, who are survivors of TS Washi/TS Sendong.

It was an honor that CDO Bloggers was the organization that was asked to support this activity, from the packing of the said school supplies to the distribution, and of course, documentation. It was heartwarming to see kids, with their faces lit up every time bags full of goodies were handed to them.

After distribution, we were ushered into the office of the principal for some chit chat. Mr. Padinit thanked Kurashiki Pilipino Circle, as well as the CDO Bloggers.
